Refunds and Return Policy

At Luminara Diamonds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Luminara pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your website purchase, you may return the full priced item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Any items purchased on sale or clearance are eligible for free returns within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by your sales receipt.
In order to receive a full refund, both full priced and sale items must be in their original condition and packaging with product tags still intact. Exchanges can be made for an item of equal or greater value within the same 30 day time period for full priced items, or 14 day time period for sale items.
