Repairs

Luminara Diamonds offers a range of repair services to the client for any jewelry piece with a sales receipt purchased either online or in an authorized retail store. Luminara Diamonds is not responsible for any repairs made via a third party. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
We are the owner of all intellectual property rights of all services including graphics, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, and other content related to Luminara Diamonds both online and in stores. Luminara Diamonds, our logos, product and service names, and slogans should not be duplicated, imitated, or used without any written consent from our team. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and company names or logos used and/or mentioned in relation to Luminara Diamonds are the property of their respective owners.

Photography

Some jewelry may appear slightly smaller or larger than their actual size due to either screen sizing defaults or to show an item's fine detailing.

Order Delays; Cancellation

Luminara Diamonds reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order prior to delivery. In the event there are ever inaccuracies in product availability or pricing information, we reserve the right to correct the error and modify your total to the correct price or cancel your order. Clientele will be contacted if any part of the order is canceled, adjusted, or needs additional information to proceed with the acceptance of that order. Occasionally, the delivery of an item may be delayed, in which we will reach out via the client contact information to provide you with a notification of the delay and any revised updates we may have regarding delivery.

Accounts

You may create your own Luminara Diamonds customer account to aid in navigating our website services. Do not share personal account credentials. You will have access to updating any pertinent information within your account. You must maintain the security of your account via the use of a strong password, preferably one not used by you in another site account or online service. If for any reason personal account information becomes lost, promptly notify us.

Taxes

Clientele are responsible for any sales, use, duty, or other governmental taxes or fees due related to your purchase of item(s) through the website and in stores. An estimated tax to be collected at checkout will be shown, except when stated in writing that a specific price is inclusive of taxes. Exact tax pricing may be adjusted from the total amount shown at checkout. Adjustments will be made based on processor programs and tax rate changes.
